Welcome to the Career Management Center at the Rawls College of Business. Our goal is to provide graduate students and alumni as well as prospective employers with resources and opportunities in order to successfully match student skills and interests with employer needs.

The CMC's experienced staff provide graduate students and alumni with a wide range of personalized services, including help with individual career planning, clarifying career directions, resume writing and interview preparation.

We plan workshops, panels, networking events and receptions specific to all phases of the career search. We also organize on- and off-campus recruiting activities and job fairs.
