Brandy Dalton will be holding an introduction to RawlsCONNECT and resume workshops 3 times a week where she discusses resume do’s and don’ts, successful eye catching formats, interview tips, and a “how to” guide to setting up a profile on RawlsCONNECT. Various times throughout the year, she will also include several employers in these workshops as guest speakers. The workshops will take place in BA 256 on:
Mondays and Wednesdays at 12:00pm
Tuesdays at 3:30pm

Mock Interviews will be held on campus on Wednesday, January 23rd & 24th. This is an excellent way to prepare for your upcoming interviews. Employers will be here to perform interviews with interested students and then provide feedback upon completion. Sign ups will be on RawlsCONNECT under each individual company. Back by popular demand will be our Employer Panel event on Wednesday February 13th 5:30-8pm in the Frazier Pavillion . This will feature a small group of employers in an open forum and casual type setting where students can get an in-depth idea of what employers are looking for. Participating employers will be announced as we get closer to the event.

Most importantly is our Spring Career Marketplace on February 14th from 1-6pm in the Lubbock Memorial Civic Center in downtown Lubbock . We expect to have over 100 employers coming to this event to recruit our business students. A list of employers will be posted on this page as well as time grows nearer to the event.
