Reasons to Hire
The Rawls College of Business Administration is consistently ranked near the top 50 undergraduate business schools in the world by the U.S. News and World Report.
We hone in on leadership, analytical, and real-world application of best business practices and inspire our students to research and publish their findings.
There are eighteen uniquely developed professional student organizations within Rawls College that allow students to lead by example, thus transferring these skills into the workplace.
Our popular "Accelerated Master's Program", a 150-hour program which allows select undergraduates to begin work on an MBA their senior year, and the International Business program helps Rawls College students to study abroad. Each provides an important global perspective, critically developing our students' entrepreneurial zeal, technical adaptability, and social responsibility.
We have dual programs in conjunction with architecture, agriculture, foreign languages, law, and medicine.
The Rawls College encourages students to study abroad and participate in internships, both of which prepare them for careers in this global economy by increasing their professionalism and enhancing their educational experience.
Our business students have a certain character and integrity with a remarkable work ethic and
small-town courtesy;
we call this the "West Texas Advantage".
